Although all Aegean Resorts's properties are finished to a very high standard we understand that you as a client will have individual preferences and we therefore have four options that you can choose for your dream home.
Option 1: Air conditioning pack
This can be fitted at the time of building to allow you to control the internal environment of your property, this enables you to keep a constant cool temperature during the summer months and a warmer environment if you are using the property through the winter months. This option is highly recommended if you are intending to rent the property, particularly for longer term lets over the winter months.
Cost:
£1,000 for an apartment
£1,500 for a duplex penthouse
Option 2: Furniture Pack
We can arrange for your property to be fully furnished and ready for you to use on your first visit to you new home. Our furniture packs consist of a full range of white goods, furniture, utensils, curtains, bedding, cutlery, and crockery. Every thing you need to initially set up your home. For additional security external shutters can be fitted to all windows and doors of your property. These have the added benefit of keeping dust and dirt out if the property is closed down for long periods. We can arrange for these to be fitted by the builder.

Option 4: Window and Door Screens
Many homes in Turkey have net screens fitted which allows the windows and doors to be left open whilst ensuring insects and dust do not get into the property. We can arrange for these to be fitted by the builder to all windows and doors of your home.
